Are Groovy Stacktraces a showstopper?

I’ve been part of an interesting debate on the merits of Groovy (and JRuby) via Twitter this week. I’m reproducing it here because I think it’s an interesting take on what potential users feel are make or break issues for a language, and to give others who may not have seen it the chance to weigh in without the 140 character limit.
